My first table arrived on my door step, box open, no screws or instructions and one side of table scratched and had a 4 inch crack in it. The use of packing straps by the seeder would have prevented this. After several emails and very slow response time (2 to 3 days per email) and photos of damage having to be taken and emailed to the seeder I ultimately received a new table. Overall, I like the table, but not too thrilled with the seller. The table is sturdy and a rich expresso color. I certainly purchased a second one from a distinct seller.
